QA Automation
– Payments domain Design and execute manual and automated tests across front-end, back-end, and APIs within payment systems Perform functional, regression, and integration testing (payment flows, gateways, transactions) Apply ISTQB principles to ensure good test coverage and defect management Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by running automated tests and supporting continuous testing Ensure quality through measurable test results and reporting Key
Responsibilities QA & Testing
• Create and execute test cases and automation scripts
• Test end-to-end payment processes (authorization, settlement, reconciliation)
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Participate in agile ceremonies and test reviews Automation & CI/CD
• Maintain and run automated tests within existing frameworks
• Support CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) by executing and monitoring tests
• Investigate and report pipeline test failures Payments Focus
• Validate transaction accuracy, integrations, and error handling
• Test integrations with external payment providers and APIs Quality & Reporting
• Produce test reports, defect summaries, and basic metrics
• Track test progress and support release validation Governance & Collaboration
• Follow QA standards, compliance, and security practices
• Identify risks impacting payment processing
• Collaborate with team members and continuously improve skills
Requirements
• 6 years plus QA experience
• Exposure to payments/banking systems
• ISTQB certification (mandatory)
• Basic automation and CI/CD knowledge
