Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer to join our digital banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high - performing web and mobile applications that enhance customer experience. You will work closely with cross - functional teams to deliver modern, responsive solutions aligned with the bank’s technology and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain front - end applications using React.js and Next.js
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components for web and mobile platforms
• Translate UI/UX designs into high - quality, responsive interfaces
• Integrate front - end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and cross - browser compatibility
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams
• Implement secure coding practices aligned with banking regulations
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in front - end or full -stack development
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in: o HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) o React.js and Next.js o TypeScript
• Experience with: o Tailwind CSS for modern UI styling o React Native for mobile application development o Angular (basic to intermediate understanding)
• Solid understanding of: o Responsive design and mobile -first development o State management (e.g., Context API, Redux) o API integration and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques in Next.js
• Experience with server -side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) • Understanding of web security standards and data protection
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
