Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the financial services sector to lead and deliver complex initiatives involving system integrations and cross-functional coordination. This role requires a hands-on professional who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective execution across business, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Manage system integration initiatives, coordinating across multiple platforms and teams
- Act as the central point of coordination between business, finance, operational, and technical teams
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure clear visibility of project progress
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and analysts to ensure technical feasibility and delivery quality
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and financial services regulatory standards
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment
- Strong background in financial services (banking, insurance, or related sectors)
- Demonstrated experience managing system integration projects
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across multi-functional teams (business, finance, operations, IT)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
Preferred
- Experience working with Planex (highly advantageous)
- Exposure to enterprise systems and large-scale transformation projects
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)
