Role Description:
As a Scrum Master at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and coaching cross-functional teams to effectively implement agile and Scrum practices. We are particularly interested in candidates who are familiar with Odoo (ERP system), however this is not a disqualifier if the candidate does not have this experience.
As a Scrum Master at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and coaching cross-functional teams to effectively implement agile and Scrum practices. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Champion delivery success and operationalize underlying processes to optimize the performance of development teams.
• Managing developments Sprints both for company software changes/updates and business optimization changes.
• Facilitate the Project Lead and Team to review the user stories at the top of the Product Backlog to prepare for the upcoming sprint.
• Manage key technical programs, tracking commitments, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaboratively identify and synchronize project interdependencies across multiple teams.
• Assist product teams in making realistic commitments while communicating with business stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective resource allocation across programs.
• Run cross-functional programs and projects.
• Promote, define, refine, and enforce lightweight processes in alignment with Agile software development culture and values.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing workflows using charting software such as Lucid Charts to map system flows for maintaining system process integrity.
• Assisting with reviewing and refining Business Requirements Documents and Change Requests to extract the most concise functional requirements to add to the system backlog

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Scrum principles.
• Familiarity with Odoo, and the ability to work with Odoo-related projects.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fast and self-initiating learner
• Ability to resolve impediments, monitor Scrum processes and meetings, and ensure program benefits remain viable.
• Drive and energy to get the job done.
• Proven experience in Scrum Management and coaching teams in agile practices.
• Knowledge of Agile concepts and principles.
• Awareness and experience with successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
• Ability to coordinate large teams with cross-functional dependencies.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
• Relevant degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Additional certifications/training such as SAFe DevOps or Implementing SAFe are a plus.
