Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Change Management Specialist to lead and support strategic business transformation initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that support regulatory, technology, operational and organisational transformation programmes.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication, training, leadership alignment and project management capabilities, with proven experience within financial services, regulatory compliance and enterprise transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Assess organisational change impacts and develop mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.
- Drive business readiness and user adoption across programmes and projects.
- Monitor and report on change effectiveness, risks and adoption metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business units and project teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, alignment sessions and engagement forums.
- Prepare targeted communication materials, presentations and leadership messaging.
Training & Capability Development
- Develop training strategies and execute training plans for impacted business areas.
- Support capability building and change readiness initiatives across the organisation.
- Deliver workshops, coaching sessions and end-user support where required.
Leadership & Coaching
- Support leadership alignment and sponsor engagement activities.
- Provide executive and leadership coaching during transformation initiatives.
- Guide managers and teams through organisational and behavioural change.
Project & Programme Support
- Work closely with project managers, PMOs and business teams to integrate change activities into project delivery plans.
- Support Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
- Coordinate with vendors, external consultants and implementation partners where applicable.
Required Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Change Management, Human Capital Consulting or Organisational Transformation.
- Proven experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or Regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting:
- Regulatory change programmes
- Technology implementations
- HR transformation initiatives
- Organisational design projects
- Enterprise-wide transformation programmes
- Experience working across cross-functional and multinational teams.
- Exposure to Africa regional projects and multi-country stakeholder engagement advantageous.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management or Business Administration advantageous.
