Role
To support the national deployment of approximately 535 Huawei network switches across multiple sites and will play a key role in the successful execution and support of the rollout programme.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Configuration and deployment of Huawei network switches
- Remote engagement and coordination with onsite support teams
- Troubleshooting and resolution of deployment and operational issues
- Engagement and escalation management with the OEM where required
- Validation, testing, and support during implementation activities
- Assistance with maintaining deployment standards and documentation
- Required Qualifications: CCNA / CCNP
Preferred Experience:
- Strong LAN networking background
- Hands-on exposure to Huawei networking technologies is preferred
- Experience with enterprise campus and branch network environments advantageous
The successful candidate must be technically proficient, capable of operating independently, and comfortable engaging across multiple stakeholders including internal teams, onsite support personnel, and OEM technical resources.
