Role Overview
A Senior Digital Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end digital solutions across platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy, scalability, and modern technology standards. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, guiding teams in delivering robust, secure, and high-performing digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
- Define and own the digital architecture roadmap aligned with business goals
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems (web, mobile, cloud, APIs)
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and digital trends
- Establish architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks
Solution Design
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multiple platforms
- Create high-level and low-level design documentation
- Ensure integration across systems (CRM, CMS, ERP, APIs, third-party services)
- Drive API-first, microservices, and cloud-native architecture approaches
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product, engineering, UX, business leaders)
- Mentor architects, developers, and technical teams
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight
- Act as a key decision-maker for complex technical challenges
Delivery & Execution
- Support agile delivery teams to ensure architectural alignment
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Oversee implementation quality and adherence to design
Governance & Compliance
- Define and enforce architecture governance processes
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Java, .NET)
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with data architecture, analytics, and integration patterns
Architecture & Design
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale digital solutions
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Experience with omnichannel and digital experience platforms
- Ability to create clear architecture diagrams and documentation

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
