Full Stack Developer

Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle Interpret analysis, problem definition & business requirements to identify solution requirements (e.g. features) 

Produce well-organized and documented source code for technical solutions Apply technical organization principles of self-service, repeatability, testability, scalability & resilience in code development 

Apply general design patterns and paradigms to deliver technical solutions Debug existing source code and polish feature sets. 

Work with integrated teams and other developers to improve and evolve technical products and services 

Study & apply Group Architecture & Infrastructure guidelines to all development work Support reviews, performance monitoring & ongoing optimization and maintenance on applications 

Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and development practices and continuously evolve existing knowledge & skill in preparation for exposure to Automation, Integration, Messaging, CI/CD etc. 

Update, create and appropriately store application documentation & technical specifications Risk & Governance

Participate in incident management & DR activity – applying critical thinking, problem solving & technical expertise to get to the bottom of major incidents

Strong proficiency in C#/.NET application development, maintenance, and support. · Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, debugging, and database troubleshooting. 

Experience designing, implementing, and supporting RESTful APIs and system integrations. Strong understanding of application architecture, data flows, and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience with DevOps practices, including deployment management, release processes, continuous improvement, and production support. 

 Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical incidents and production issues. 

Knowledge of data transfer mechanisms, ETL processes, and data integration frameworks. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, testing, and release management. 

Experience working with third-party vendors to implement enhancements, fixes, and system improvements. 

Knowledge of banking systems, particularly risk management products and processes. · Ability to monitor system performance, identify defects, and implement sustainable solutions.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application, database, and integration issues. Conduct root cause analyses for incidents and implement preventative measures. 

Ensure agreed service levels and operational performance are maintained. 

Design, develop, test, and deploy system enhancements using C#/.NET technologies. · Implement application fixes and improvements within established DevOps processes. · Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver system enhancements and product upgrades. 

Develop and support API integrations between internal and external systems. 

Manage data exchange processes across banking platforms. 

Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data integrity across systems. 

Support the implementation of new interfaces and integration solutions 

Participate in release management and deployment activities. 

Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge repositories. 

Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency improvements

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software development, application support, or technical systems roles.
