Solutions Analyst
A Solutions Analyst in Business Banking is responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying technology and process improvement opportunities, and delivering solutions that support banking products, services, and customer experiences. The role works closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT teams to gather requirements, assess impacts, document functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The Solutions Analyst also supports solution design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer value within the business banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional solution specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Support system testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
