Role
We are seeking a motivated Solutions Systems Analyst to join our Banking Payments team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in banking/financial industry, and a passion for learning and solving complex business and technical challenges.
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a Solutions Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Experience within banking, payments, or financial services systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Development experience or technical knowledge would be advantageous.
- Exposure to COBOL, Hogan, or mainframe environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable institution.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and business domains.
