Role
The Senior Postilion Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of the bank's card acquiring and payment switching environment. The role focuses on managing Postilion Active-Active systems, POS acquiring solutions, terminal configurations, transaction routing, certification, cryptography, and payment network integrations to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing payment services.
Key Requirements:
- 5 to 10+ years' experience in Postilion and POS acquiring environments.
- Extensive expertise in Postilion Active-Active architecture, Postbridge, TermApp.ISO, Nixbridge, and TermApp configuration.
- Strong knowledge of terminal setup, capability profiles, communication profiles, and POS device management.
- Experience with Visa and Mastercard Level 3 certification testing.
- Sound understanding of cryptography and Thales HSM technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Postilion PostCard, Risk Rules, Stand-In Processing, and Stand-In Balances.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with binary, hexadecimal, and bitmap encoding/decoding analysis.
- Experience in MS SQL database development, stored procedures, and systems integration.
- Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Web APIs, and cloud technologies such as AWS.
- Knowledge of networking, load balancing, SDLC methodologies, and technical documentation.
- Experience with Postilion SDK and Java development.
- B.Tech Degree or a minimum 3-year Software Development Diploma.
