Experience
- Minimum 8+ years DevOps experience

- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- 24/7 Production Support (L2)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Kubernetes platforms and microservices applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployment processes.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents.
- Support change implementations and platform maintenance activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive proactive issue resolution.
- Participate in on-call support rotation, including weekends and after-hours support.
Required Skills
- Strong Kubernetes and platform operations experience.
- GitHub, GitOps, and automated deployment expertise.
- Bash scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with ELK/Kibana and Instana.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
- Full lifecycle infrastructure management experience.
- Financial Services / Banking experience preferred.
- Java development experience advantageous.
Team Collaboration Expectations
- Work closely with Development, QA, Platform, and Support teams.
- Participate in operational reviews, incident discussions, and change planning.
- Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Take ownership of issues and collaborate effectively during major incident resolution.
