Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Apps Developer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, enabling organizations to automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver innovative low-code solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
- Create and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Perform application troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements, and ongoing support.
- Implement governance, security, and compliance standards within the Power Platform environment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and deployment procedures.
- Participate in solution design reviews and recommend best practices.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform features, releases, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Power Automate workflow development and process automation.
- Strong experience with:
- Power Apps Canvas App
- Model-Driven Apps
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Power Automate Cloud Flows
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and connectors.
- Knowledge of Power Platform security roles, permissions, and governance.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.
Experience Required
4+ years of Power Apps development experience.
4+ years of Power Automate development and workflow automation experience.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-level Power Platform solutions in a corporate environment.
